Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi at'amana wa saqana wa ja'alana muslimin

All praise is for Allah who fed us and gave us drink and made us Muslims.

When forgetting Bismillah

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ

Bismillahi awwalahu wa akhirah

اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ صُمْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْتُ

Allahumma laka sumtu wa 'ala rizqika aftartu

O Allah, for You I have fasted and upon Your provision I have broken my fast.
